All UFS shipments are sent either via USPS priority unless a
different shipping method is requested. If you require other
shipping arrangements, you must specify such before placing your
order. Each order will be
charged for shipping based upon flat rate itemized shipping along
with the estimated arrival time requested. All orders shipped delivery
confirmation included. |

Since we are dependent on the United States Postal Service
(USPS) for the majority of the shipping on our site, UFS Tanning
observes any holidays recognized by the USPS and those days are not

In the event of a shipment being returned to UFS Tanning as
undeliverable due to customer error the shipment will be subject to a $3.00 handling fee and
any additional
fees to reship order will belong solely to the customer. |

UPS
requires a street mailing address and is not able to deliver to PO
boxes. We require all packages to be shipped with an insured value to
protect your purchase. If you choose a COD method of payment you must
contact us by email at
shipping@ufstanning.com before placing order for
instructions, UPS
charges an additional $7.00 fee that will be added to your invoice
total. For shipments other than UPS, please email shipping department. |

PACKAGING:
UFS Tanning ships every package with the utmost care and precaution. Even with
the precautions we take, on rare occasions a order might arrive
damaged. If this shall happen UFS Tanning must be notified no later than
48 hours after receipt of package either by email at
returns@ufstanning.com or by
contacting customer service. We
will help to resolve the problem. If it is a problem with the shipper we
will handle the damage claim for you. If UFS Tanning is not contacted
within 48 hours of delivery UPS, USPS and UFS Tanning will not honor damage or other claims and you
will be held responsible for the full payment of the total listed on all
enclosed invoices. |

SALES TAX:
All purchases shipped to the state of New York will be charged
sales tax of 7% unless a New York State Resale Certificate is
submitted. By law, New York Resale Certificates expire on
December 31st each year and will need to be re-submitted each
year to preserve your tax-exempt status. Only New York residents are required to pay sales tax
(7%) on their purchases. |

INTERNATIONAL RATES:
Shipping charges shown during the check out process are for
orders shipped to the U.S. only. If your order is shipping to a
location
outside of the U.S. you must contact us before placing the order
for correct shipping charges. Once the request is received we
will email you the correct shipping charges and instructions on

BACKORDERS:
UFS has a back order system that will track any back
orders that might occur pertaining to your order. We will track these items for a
minimum of 30 days and will continue to fill the order as goods become
available. If you do not accept back orders, please make sure to specify
at the time you place your order. |

RETURNS:
Due to the sterile
nature of body jewelry, we will not be able to
issue refunds or returns for any reason except for defective merchandise. Please understand this before
purchasing from our site. In the case of receiving defective merchandise, we
will accept returns for the exact piece if our 3 step system is followed. For
